I had a pleasant stay at the hotel this week, though there are a few aspects I believe could be improved. The restaurant service, in particular, lacked the level of attentiveness and care one would expect from an establishment of this standard. That said, I must highlight the pastry selection, which was truly exceptional — both in flavour and presentation. I would also like to extend my sincere appreciation to Chef Naresh Angadi for his kindness and professionalism. His presence genuinely elevated the overall dining experience. Lastly, the reception process was noticeably slow. A more efficient check-in and check-out procedure would significantly enhance the guest experience. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great sunbeds and free towels. Shower in room was amazing. Trip from the centre of Dubai by boat was the icing on the cake. Despite other reviews, we did not find the music too loud and we are in our sixties.
